FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Greenwood, SC. The role offers hourly pay between $10.00 and $13.00 plus unlimited commission.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, process transactions, and maintain a clean sales floor. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs are required. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfort working with diverse merchandise, including firearms in FFL locations (certification provided)
• Strong customer service and team orientation
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loan services
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Handle cash and negotiables responsibly
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
