Job summary

First Cash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced store setting in Greenville, SC.

The role offers $10.00–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with opportunities to earn up to 8% commission and participate in Earned Wage Access after day 2. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, handle transactions, maintain displays, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
