Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand and perform light lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations requires certification.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and inquiries.
• Explain terms for pawn/short-term loans and complete paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value for buys/sells/loans.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
