AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for an on-site, full-time role in San Ramon. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide them through device plans and services, and participate in events and outbound calls.

You’ll work 9am–9pm including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling. Training and coaching are provided to help you reach and exceed sales goals, with uncapped commissions opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; two-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
