Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join the team in Folsom, CA, working in-store with a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends. You will engage customers with a consultative approach and help them choose the right devices, plans, and services.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, training provided to help you meet goals.
• You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Ability to work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Guide customers through plans, devices, and add-ons to meet their needs.
• Support events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets and earn commission.
