AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in North Haven, CT. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, build relationships, and drive sales across AT&T’s product suite.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. The role offers a 40-hour week, weekend availability, and training to help you meet your goals in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools and coaching provided to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with advanced schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
