Job summary

AT&T in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-store team. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and drive sales with uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with training provided to build product knowledge and customer service skills. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends, with two-week advance scheduling.
