Job summary

Spectrum, a leading provider of Internet, TV, mobile, and voice services, seeks a Retail Sales Specialist in Fairlawn, Ohio. You’ll be the store face, promoting our portfolio to both existing and new customers and delivering outstanding service to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Base pay starts at $18.00/hour with opportunities to earn up to $24.60/hour through commission and incentives, plus benefits. A high school diploma is required; excellent communication and cash handling skills are

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to drive product value and adoption.
