Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Parma, OH to promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice products. You are the face of Spectrum, delivering exceptional customer care while meeting sales and service goals in a busy store.

You’ll build relationships, handle objections, and stay current on pricing, promotions, and visual standards. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with a friendly, professional demeanor in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and computer applications.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English; able to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience in incentive- and goal-based environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced team.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred (1–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
