Job summary

Spectrum in Beachwood, OH is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice services to existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering an engaging, friendly shopping experience in our store environment.

You’ll identify sales opportunities, explain pricing and promotions, build customer relationships, handle transactions, and help customers choose the right solutions while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
