Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Marin Country Mart to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and drive daily sales. You will promote AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and process transactions accurately while keeping the store neat and welcoming.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow within the Todd Snyder brand and its positions across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs to customers.
• Use store tools to share product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote brand channels and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Process register transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to proper locations; label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, fittings, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, and replenishment SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership support.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
