Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on individual style and trends.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and aerie brands to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct locations; label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store environment (sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, stockroom).
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floorsets and replenishment following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and in cooperation with store leadership.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
