Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Michigan seeks a friendly, energetic retail team member to deliver outstanding customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.

You will meet sales goals, gain product knowledge, participate in marketing, maintain store appearance, handle cash, inventory, and deposits, and travel up to 15 miles for shift coverage.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, greet visitors, answer phones, and assess their needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and promote products.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and follow company policies.
• Cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits as required.
• Open/close the store, assist management, and ensure store security.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage.
