Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a friendly retail associate to join our team.

Provide outstanding customer service, greet customers, answer questions, and assess needs to suggest products. You will aim to meet sales goals, build product knowledge, and participate in in-store marketing efforts.

Role requires standing 4–12 hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability to cover shifts within a 15-mile radius; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the store, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
• Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers in order to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business by promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with company policies and procedures.
