Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail and customer service is preferred.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, including greeting and needs assessment.
• Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns.
• Promote products and build relationships to meet sales goals.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and ensure policy compliance.
