Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Summerville, GA for a full-time, in-person role. The position emphasizes exceeding monthly sales quotas, delivering high-quality sales, and driving sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.

You will follow company policies, master systems such as Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4 and Paycom, and keep the store well-presented while supporting new hires. Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a focus on meeting quotas.
• Ability to upsell devices, plans and accessories.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work in person in Summerville, GA.
