Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
