Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as described in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track goals to grow selling skills and overall sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards across manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods according to product knowledge materials.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandising needs and pricing concerns to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting suspected fraud.
