Quality Talent Group in Streamwood, IL is seeking a customer service and sales associate to provide outstanding service, process orders, and assist customers with financing matters. You will be instrumental in helping customers complete credit applications and achieve sales targets.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
