Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking friendly, detail-oriented customer service professionals to join our in-store team in Wisconsin. You will welcome guests, process sales, and assist with credit applications and financing as needed.

This role emphasizes achieving sales goals, handling cash with accuracy, and supporting opening/closing procedures. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or sales are preferred; 18+ and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
