Job summary

Chico's in Delray Marketplace is seeking a Sales Associate to support management in delivering a customer- and product-focused store experience. You will help customers, maintain pricing and promotions, and contribute to merchandising and loss-prevention standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, are 18+, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Retail or sales experience is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.

Responsibilities

Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
Supports replenishment activities and visual directives as directed by management.
Participates in delivering MAPS-based customer service and an omni-channel experience.
Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client relationships through clienteling.
