Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes MAPS principles and delivers omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain fast and efficient register experience and knowledge of policies.
• Assist with replenishment, floor sets, and visual directives.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style offerings in-store and online.
