Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and drive sales while meeting service and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively and overcome objections.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, keep a clean retail environment, and adhere to policies.
