Job summary

Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV and Voice services. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers with product education, purchases and service questions in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills and ability to multitask.
• Bilingual Spanish ability is a plus.
