Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, and engage confidently to educate and sell.
• Provide a warm welcome, build relationships with customers, and engage in personalized conversations to drive loyalty.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting selling space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms and updating pricing/signage as needed.
• Promote the Macy’s Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have everything they need during their visit.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service and exceed store goals.
