Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure pricing and displays are accurate.

Ideal candidates communicate well, remain friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers part or full-time schedules onsite at our Alabama location.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
