Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized.

You will assist customers, restock merchandise, ensure accurate pricing and product displays, and help maintain a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and a friendly demeanor are valued as part of everyday teamwork.

Prior retail experience is preferred, but training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
• Read, understand, and speak English
• Comprehend and perform basic math skills
• Understand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills
• High School diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics
• Other duties as assigned
