Job summary

Dollar General is seeking team members to act as the point of contact for customers, assist in stocking and merchandising plan-o-grams, and support store operations. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, cashier duties, and assisting customers with locating merchandise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and stock merchandise; rotate and face shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag purchases; collect payment and give change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Maintain cleanliness of front end and sidewalk displays.
