Responsabilités

• Customer Service: Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and Macy’s sales systems to help customers find what they need and suggest additional items.
• Sales Support: Develop customer relationships to grow business and expand our client base, including assisting with digital orders.
• Merchandise Organization: Maintain department recovery standards on the selling floor and in fitting rooms.
• Update Pricing and Signage: Ensure accurate pricing and timely markdowns for optimal merchandise presentation.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
