Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our company in store locations. You will promote and sell Spectrum products to both existing and new customers, shaping a positive customer experience and a culture of exceptional care.

You will engage customers, meet sales goals, and stay informed about pricing, promotions, and store standards while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1-3 years telecommunications/wireless experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about Spectrum products.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards; minimize losses.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere, ensure clean retail spaces, and adhere to policies while participating in training.
