Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to connect with customers in our Madisonville store. You will promote and sell Spectrum Internet, TV, and Mobile services, delivering exceptional customer care and guiding buyers through options.

You’ll build relationships, learn pricing and promos, handle transactions, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced team environment. A high school diploma plus sales/customer service experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on pricing, promotions and features.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, prices, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming retail atmosphere and handle transactions accurately.
