Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, effective listening, and overcoming objections, while reselling the value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution and participating in training programs.
