Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist in New York to be the face of our store, promoting and selling Spectrum's products and services to customers. You’ll help create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Comfort with technology and mobile devices.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to create ideal experiences.
Build positive customer relationships and overcome objections while highlighting product value.
