Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice products. You’ll be the face of Spectrum at the store, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales while maintaining knowledge of current promotions and policies.

Ideal candidates are team players with 1–5 years in sales or customer service, comfortable with technology, and able to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment. A base hourly wage with commission supports your earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and basic math.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and build positive relationships in store.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on product benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and standards.
