Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum brand is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Wisconsin to promote and sell our Internet, TV, and mobile services to existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales at our store locations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, comfort with technology, and strong communication skills. Prior sales or service experience is a plus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and video platforms.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 1–5 years sales/customer service experience preferred.
