Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in-store, promoting and selling Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice offerings to both existing and new customers. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping environment and deliver exceptional customer care at every store location.

Applicants should have a High School diploma and strong cash handling, tech aptitude, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.

• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, communicate effectively, follow policies, resolve issues and participate in training programs.
