FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Fort Myers, FL. You will help customers with sales and pawn services, explain loan terms, and ensure a smooth shopping and lending experience.

Earn $16–$19 per hour plus unlimited commission, with earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts from day one, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible weekend hours, 9AM–6PM store times, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain loan terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling/loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
