AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Vermont. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, participate in store events, and handle online orders and outbound calls.

The role requires weekend availability (9am–9pm) with schedules published 2 weeks in advance and offers uncapped commissions on top of base pay. External candidates are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $2,000 at 1 year).

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends (9am–9pm) with 2-week advance shift visibility.
• Support customers to meet and exceed sales goals with AT&T’s products and services.
