Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team delivering total print and marketing solutions for customers in a fast-paced store. You will drive results, coach staff, and ensure strong customer relationships while supporting store goals and profitability.

You will guide associates in consultative selling, leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, and stay flexible to assist in related duties, including in-store operations and community engagement.

Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals. Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
