Job summary

Staples in Columbus, OH is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling total print solutions for customers and helping them achieve their print/marketing goals. You’ll be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture and be encouraged to drive results through excellent service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing operations, and leveraging Salesforce to nurture customer relationships and drive sales while maintaining community focus. Immediate interviews available.

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues

• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
