Staples in Cincinnati seeks Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling and delivering total print solutions for customers’ print and marketing goals, while contributing to a fun, team-oriented culture. You will connect with customers, build relationships, coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling, and drive operational excellence to grow sales and margins.

Use open-ended questions to propose options, manage accounts with Salesforce, and be flexible to perform other duties

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
