EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service in Bryan, Texas. Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise on completion and potential promotion to Pawnbroker, then to Lead Pawnbroker or Store Manager through a defined career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of pawn items a plus (tools, jewelry, electronics).
• Sales background a plus; bilingual helpful.
