Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with a Financial Services Firm.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Working knowledge of database management (Salesforce), or FINTRX is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the VP Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams.
• Plan and coordinate events and training for the Recruiting team.
• Proficient with LinkedIn marketing needs and prospecting campaigns.
• Coordinate materials and information for calls/meetings with Partner Development Reps.
• Manage recruiting data, weekly dashboards, and CRM reports.
• Familiarize with commission payout system and vendor relations.
• Assist in onboarding new Advisors and maintaining pipelines.
