Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. Your tasks may vary by department, including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and organize shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (input, access, modify, output information).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications relevant to the department.

Travel Requirements
