Your Day at Lowe's

You will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include appliances, hardware, tools, garden, or building materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
2. Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
3. Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
4. Process orders and deliveries accurately.
5. Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
6. Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
7. Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
2. 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
3. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
4. Ability to perform duties involving standing, sitting, and physical activity.
5. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 6 months retail or customer service experience.
2. Bilingual skills.
3. Trade certifications related to department (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
