Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Your responsibilities may vary by department, which include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers.
• 6 months experience with retail technology.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications related to department.
