Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, help them find products, load merchandise when needed, and ensure all customer needs are met. Your responsibilities may vary by department, which can include assisting in Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform duties involving standing, sitting, and physical activities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs independently or with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications relevant to the department.

Working Conditions
