Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
2. Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
3. Restock shelves and manage inventory
4. Process orders and deliveries accurately
5. Cross-train in different store departments

7. Guide customers through shopping and checkout processes
8. Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform physical activities such as standing and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing)
