Your Day at Lowe's

In this role, you will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities may vary by department, which could include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Assist customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing and lifting (minimum 25 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
