Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter in Ohio to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with buying decisions. You will maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and remain a product expert through ongoing training. The role emphasizes friendly interactions and knowledge of promotions to drive sales.

You will also support merchandising, assist with seasonal moves, and promote memberships and in-store pickup while adhering to company policies. Part time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt, friendly manner and assist with buying decisions.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and provide information and direction.
• Replenish shelves and maintain clean, well-stocked work areas.
• Remain product expert through ongoing knowledge training and awareness of sales promotions.
• Support merchandising guidelines and seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
